I was a bit unsure about the hotel at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The rooms had everything I needed like air conditioning and a nice bathroom, but there was an issue with cleanliness, as they smelled like dirty mops and overpowering chemical cleaners. The location was convenient, close to the beach and some great restaurants, but it definitely needed a serious clean-up. The dining experience was okay, especially the breakfast package, which was reasonably priced, but not exceptional. Overall, the value for money was decent, and the staff really went out of their way to make my stay memorable.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so nice and neat with the amazing garden view, and they were great, clean & well stocked with good towels. The pools were huge and lovely, and the restaurant served up delicious nasi goreng daily as well as buckets of Bintang. However, a blocked toilet was a downside during my visit.

However, I encountered power breakdowns every day, which was a bit frustrating. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was perfect for me; I had privacy even with the curtains open, and the balcony was a private little oasis.
